- Enterprise Systems Management, Engineering, Integration and Testing - review policies, plans and procedures on IT systems delivery, maintenance and modifications; conduct research and generate scheduled reports on IT system maintenance and/or policy plans; provide recommendations to ensure uninterrupted services and continued interoperability of existing IT systems, applications and network infrastructure.
- Windows and Unix Systems Administration – maintain server and storage (NetApp) availability and functionality; manage server configurations in a highly virtualized environment and maintain security posture of systems
- Network Services – install, configure, troubleshoot, test, operate, maintain, and manage wired and wireless networks including hardware (e.g., , switches, multiplexers, routers, cables, protected distribution systems), physical infrastructure (Inside and Outside Plant, Copper and Fiber) and software that permit the sharing and transmission of all spectrum transmissions of information to support the security of information and information systems while ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability
- Database Administration – install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and administer Oracle ad MS SQL databases and/or data management systems that allow for the storage, query, and utilization of data for numerous systems
- Application Development – develop new or modifies existing computer applications, software, or specialized utility programs following software assurance best practices to integrate with Government off-the-shelf and custom applications
- SharePoint Administration – manage and administer processes and tools that enable the organization to identify, document, and access intellectual capital and information content
- Customer Service and Technical Support - address problems, install, configure, troubleshoot, and provides maintenance and training in response to customer requirements or inquiries; manage the request, creation, modification and removal of user and privilege accounts
- Video Teleconferencing and Audio-Visual Briefing Room - subject matter expertise, support, maintenance and repair for Executive Conferencing systems
- Joint Message Handling System (JMHS) - classified and unclassified operation and maintenance services for approximately numerous naval and joint activities
- Cybersecurity Systems Analysis – develop, implement and maintain ACAS and HBSS processes for continuous monitoring and scanning capabilities and respond to Cybersecurity Task Orders to protect the appropriate level of confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation and availability of data and their delivery systems
- Navy Qualified Validator – facilitate the Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation process and prepare/submit the required artifacts to eMASS for certification determination and accreditation decision by the Approving Official
- Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Education and Training Compliance – provide metrics and status report to Information Systems Security Manager of current compliance level of all CSWF members
